1962 Gillette Slim Adjustable: fate, bought a 60s adjustable off ebay & it happens to be my birth year! Also my first BBS with the help of an ASTRA Platinum
1956 Gillette Flare Tip SS w/ case. had to pull the trigger on a great ebay buy.
Edwin Jagger DE87: Haven't touched any of the gillette's since. A piece of art that screams quality.

Blades
- Dorco ST301 OK blade nothing that stands out (Dec 2010)
- Treet Classic One blade wonder, each shave left a trail of blood and razor burn. (Dec 2010)
- Astra Plat Forgiving, smooth consistent DFS. Especially like in the Adjustable. (Dec 2010 - present)
- Wilkerson Good blade with good results. Used in the SS (Jan 2011 - present)
- Personna Red Consistent DFS in my SS, very nice. (Jan 2011 - present)
- Gillette Super Thins One blade wonder, wonder if the edge is even straight. (Jan 2011)
- Supermax Dull & duller. Three passes & still felt like I had a day's worth of growth, had to break out the Adjustable w/ an Astra to get a two pass DFS.
- Derby Jagged. I know these are considered a first timers blade, but I felt like I was shaving with a broken bottle. (Feb 2011)
- Personna Med Prep Took a couple days adjusting to the DE87 with Med Prep blades, now that I have the angle straight.... sweet. (Feb 2011 -
Bold are preferred blades, well at least in the razor listed.

The Real Shave Co Jan 2011 An OK cream, lathers well
